Rutgers Office for Research Associate Vice President of Innovation Ventures (now Technology Transfer) Tatiana Litvin-Vechnyak Elected to AUTM Board of Directors
The Office for Research is excited to announce that Rutgers Associate Vice President of Innovation Ventures Tatiana Litvin-Vechnyak has been elected to the AUTM Board of Directors. She will begin her three-year term on February 22, 2023, at the conclusion of AUTM’s annual meeting.
Litvin-Vechnyak is an experienced technology transfer professional and leads the Office for Research’s Innovation Venture team, the technology transfer office for Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. She has nearly 20 years of experience in Intellectual Property (IP) management and more than ten years overseeing patenting and licensing-related activities at Rutgers and other academic institutions. Litvin-Vechnyak has been a member of AUTM for several years.

As a member of the AUTM Board of Directors, Litvin-Vechnyak will help set the strategic direction of the organization, working alongside fellow new directors Megan Aanstoos (Licensing & New Ventures Manager – Kentucky Commercialization Ventures), Sadhana Chitale (Senior Director of Life Sciences/Technology Transfer – New York University), Daniel Dardani (Director of Physical Sciences and Digital Innovations Licensing and Corporate Alliances – Duke University), and Becky Hernandez (Director for Operations, Patents and Compliance – California Institute of Technology).
