Universitywide Pre-Award Support

We conduct a thorough review of sponsor requirements, program announcements, and letters of intent. Our team will also review all non-scientific portions of your proposal, including the budget, budget justification, cost-sharing components, and other institutional documents to ensure compliance.

After a final review, we submit the application package. Please note: If a proposal is submitted through an online portal other than the Research Administration and Proposal Submission System (RAPSS), such as Research.gov or Proposal Central, the Principal Investigator is responsible for uploading all documents and granting our team access for review, approval, and final submission.

We assist with the review and negotiation of certain types of agreements.

Our team manages post-award, non-financial requests, including Just-in-Time (JIT) information, carryover requests, progress reports, no-cost extensions, and award transfers. We also handle official correspondence with sponsors and initiate the award setup process in our system.
