NJ Fringe Benefit Rates Delay
The delay in establishing the FY22 Fringe Benefit Rates has extended much further into the year than anticipated. The unprecedented delay is a result of the State of NJ not yet having had its rate approved by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services – Cost Allocation Services (DHHSCAS).
