Overview

NanoString’s GeoMx™ Digital Spatial Profiling (DSP) is a novel highly multiplexed technology to characterize the distribution and abundance of proteins and mRNAs from spatially discrete regions of interest (ROI) in tissue samples. GeoMx™ DSP generates transcriptome-level data points from user-selected regions of interest and provides orthogonal validation of hundreds of protein candidate biomarkers in a single pass.

Current primary applications of GeoMx™ DSP include biomarker discovery and development, and mechanism of action studies.
