Directors Camp

Rutgers University's Office for Research Animal Care program is hosting a three-day meeting for directors, focused on promoting the executive management of lab animal care programs. 

Attendees of the meetings will hear presentations on managing budget, staff, customers, equipment and facilities, and will have the opportunities to network. Participants will be given the opportunity to present a problem or a novel solution to problem that they have encountered in their animal care programs followed by facilitated group discussion on mitigation strategies.
