Biography

Todd is a business and finance leader with almost 15 years of business management and financial leadership experience at Rutgers University. As the Executive Director of Finance, Todd is responsible for the direction of the department's financial functions and for supporting the financial and strategic objectives of the Office for Research and its respective units.
 
Before joining the Office for Research, Todd served as the Business Manager for the Rutgers Department of External Affairs. His duties included developing, managing, forecasting, and accounting for the department's budget. A multi-faceted leader, he oversaw activities impacting human resources, facilities, information technology, and department performance metrics. Todd was a vital member of the department's senior leadership team and managed the finances for several large and complex universitywide projects and initiatives. Before joining the Department of External Affairs, Todd worked for the Rutgers Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology, managing budgets, forecasts, revenue-generating activities, and administrative functions.
 
Todd proudly earned his bachelor's degree, master's degree in education, and master's in business administration (MBA) from Rutgers University. He is a member of the Institute for Management Accountants (IMA®) and strongly values the vital role of financial functions in supporting an organization's mission. He resides with his family in Marlboro, New Jersey, and enjoys coaching local sports teams for his two children.
