Shemaila Sultana

Shemaila joined the Rutgers Innovation Ventures team in June 2016 where she is now responsible for the management of intellectual property, licensing and related commercialization programs. Prior to joining Innovation Ventures, she was a post-doctoral fellow in the Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. Shemaila holds a Master’s in Biotechnology and a Ph.D. in Biochemistry. Shemaila has also taught organic, inorganic and physical chemistry at NYC’s Hunter College.
