Lamar Oglesby

Lamar Oglesby, MEd, CRA, is the Executive Director of Research Financial Services, where he leads a team responsible for financial compliance, post-award management and acts as stewards of the University’s sponsored program subledger. A values-driven leader, Lamar also holds multiple leadership roles within the National Council of University Research Administrators (NCURA), sitting on its Board of Directors, serving on the Research Program Committee, a Contributing Editor to the NCURA Magazine, and member of the Region II steering committee, where he also serves as Program Co-Chair for the Region II Program Committee. Lamar also serves as an executive board member of the Bloomsburg University Alumni Association, appointed as the at-large member to the Bloomsburg University Foundation Board. Lamar is currently a doctoral candidate in Drexel University’s Doctor of Business Administration program, where his research focuses on leadership, organizational culture, and performance.
