Jack Harwood

Jack Harwood is in the Office of Research’s New Ventures team, responsible for supporting the creation and growth of start-up companies in our life science and medical technology portfolio. He previously spent more than 25 years working for a number of companies in these fields. This includes his most recent posting, leading global marketing and product management efforts in developing, launching, promoting, and maintaining health for Siemens Healthineers clinical chemistry and immunoassay products. He also worked in peptide, analytical, and synthetic chemist positions for two start-up pharmaceutical companies, one of which launched out of Rutgers University laboratories, and in sales and marketing for Thermo Fisher Scientific.
