Biography

Donghyun Lim joined the Technology Transfer team in 2024. He is responsible for the evaluation, protection, and commercialization of Rutgers inventions in the fields of physical sciences and engineering.

Prior to joining Technology Transfer as a Licensing Manager, he was a Senior Manager at Korea Technology Finance Corporation and an External Expert at Venture Policy Division, the Korean Ministry of SMEs and Startups. He actively engaged in the technology assessment and the financial support for the commercialization of early-stage technology for over 13 years.

Donghyun holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Pusan National University, a master’s in public enterprise policy from Seoul National University and a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology.
