Cristina Estillore

As director for Finance and Administration, Tina assists leadership in all organizational, administrative, business and fiscal aspects of University Core Facilities’ operations. She is an experienced accounting professional, and is a Certified Public Accountant in New Jersey and the Philippines. Tina has more than 30 years of combined experience in general accounting, cost accounting, budgeting and auditing with hands-on experience in government contracts/grant administration and compliance. Her former employers in the US include BASF Fuel Cell, Inc., De Nora North America, Inc., and Sterling Publishing/Barnes and Noble.

Tina first joined Rutgers University in June 2015 as Business Manager overseeing Animal Care, Genome Editing, IVRS, Gnotobiotic and Aquatic core facilities. She received her accounting degree from De La Salle University and worked for an international auditing firm while in the Philippines before migrating to the United States in 1993.
