Biography

Andrea Dick has a diverse background including roles as an Intellectual Property (IP) and Software professional.  She has been a member of the Rutgers Innovation Ventures team since 2017 focusing on software and copyrighted works.   

As an IP professional, Andrea founded her own business, providing consulting and monetization services to individual inventors, startups, and large companies.  Before that she worked for ThinkFire Services, a boutique IP advisory firm where she was a member of the team that successfully negotiated and closed multi-million dollar transactions and deals across a wide range of industry markets including software, consumer electronics, semiconductors, and telecom. Prior to her career in the intellectual property field, Andrea held multiple senior-level managerial and technology development positions at CA Technologies, a prominent software company. Andrea has a B.S. and M.S. in Computer Science.
