In a career spanning nearly 35 years in academia, government and industry, Al has held positions with the Forensic and National Security Sciences Institute at Syracuse University, One Health Group, RedSky, Blue Highway, National Biodefense Science Board, Welch Allyn, Phillips Medical Systems, Siemens Medical Systems, Honeywell Aerospace and General Dynamics.
