Christopher Martin

Christopher Martin is a Contract Negotiator with Rutgers University Office for Research since 2015. He specializes in drafting and negotiating Data Use Agreements, Sponsored Research Agreements, Material Transfer Agreements, and Master Agreements; and serves on various data security and privacy tasks forces and committees within Rutgers. Chris currently serves as a Co-Chair to the Federal Demonstration Project Data Stewardship Sub-Committee, which aims to harmonize data security and use requirements from the United States Federal Government and identify best practices for data stewardship and use.
