Research Data Task Force

This taskforce is a collaboration between the Office for Research, the Office of Information Technology, and Rutgers University Libraries to provide governance and a framework for how the university will secure research data. This committees was founded to ensure compliance with new federal government requirements.

Faculty Advisory Committee

This committee, made up of faculty from all four Chancellor-led units, and is inclusive of different disciplines, engages in conversations about opportunities and challenges facing the Rutgers research and innovation enterprise.  The committee meets twice per year and provides feedback on policy decisions and processes.

Budget Advisory Committee

The Office for Research’s budget advisory committee consists of representatives from all four Chancellor-led units and meets once every 6 weeks between March and September.  The committee membership is determined by each Chancellor.  The committee discusses the university support for the Office for Research and engages in fiscal planning for the future.
