Biography
Bidisha Banerjee joined the Technology Transfer – Life Science Licensing team in 2024. Bidisha's responsibilities include intellectual property management and commercialization strategies.
Bidisha holds a PhD in Chemistry and an MBA in computer-aided management with specialization in Finance and Marketing, offering a unique blend of scientific expertise and business acumen. Her career spans both in academia and industry. In academia, she has taught chemistry including organic and biochemistry and researched in molecular biophysics. Most recently, she served as an Assistant Professor and Chair of the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry at St. Elizabeth University.
