Managing References in the Age of AI: Promises and Pitfalls

This workshop explores how AI can support reference management, from interacting with PDF articles and generating summaries to organizing sources and creating citations. Participants will see practical examples of AI tools alongside traditional citation management tools such as EndNote. The workshop will also offer strategies for using AI effectively while recognizing when human review and verification remain essential for responsible research and scholarly writing.
